with 1 x 32-bit and 2 x 64-bit PCI slots, good for
MB like Supermicro P4DC6, P4SC8/P4SCi, X5DPA-G/GG,
MSI MS-9156/9149, Tyan S5112/S2723/S2725,
etc.!
Your MB must have 2 x 64-bit slots in Positions B & C + 1 x 32-bit
slot in position E to accommodate this riser.
The small ribbon cable goes to C(64-bit slot)
and big ribbon goes to E(32-bit slot) on the MB.
No Driver necessary and jump-less.
