Our hours of inquiry are Monday - Friday, 9AM
- 5PM Pacific Time. 5 days a week. (But We always check email during the
weekend, that is the
reason why we prefer communication by email.
Customer Servicing
All customer servicing issues are handled via
email only at sales@plinkusa.net. No
servicing issues will be handled over the phone. We are sorry for any
inconvenience that this may cause, however, we have found this to be the
most efficient method of customer servicing. Also, a complete record of
conversation can be kept on file regarding transactions.
Shipping and
Handling
Everything that we sell is shipped via UPS
/ Fedex Ground Service daily PM1:00 PST.
The cost of shipping is good only for
shipments within the continental US 48 states. International shipments,
If you need air shipment. Please email us to at
sales@plinkusa.net.for a shipping quote before you place your order.
Any additional fees for international
shipments do not include customs charges, import charges, or taxes.
Those fees are an additional expense, and should be considered before
placing an order on an item. We do not know what those fees will be.
The cost of shipping is a fixed price, stated
in the product description.
We do not allow for items to be picked up
from us. Everything must be shipped, and the shipping fees are the same for
everybody regardless of where in the continental US the customer is located.
We ship from several warehouses around the
US, and it may not be possible to combine shipping charges on multiple
wins. Do not assume that shipping charges can be combined for multiple
wins. Please email us for a shipping quote before bidding if you intend to
bid on several of our items.

Warranty and RMA
Following Warranty Policy is only good for purchased from
www.plinkusa.net,
www.rackbuy.com and
quoted by our sales, it is not good for eBay items, the eBay items
should follow the eBay RMA policy and auction listing.
P-Link Computer provides one year warranty. Please read the
detailed warranty
information and RMA
Procedure for your request.
Exchange and Return
- Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number
and proof of delivery. We recommend Fedex / UPS. we will not be
responsible for items lost by the carrier.
- When e-mailing for RMA status check with your carrier that
the package is received by us and provide order number, RMA
number and return tracking number. All warranty items will be
shipped via Fedex ground.
Return
shipping
We split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays
for shipping to P-Link and P-Link pays for the shipping back to
customers.
Exchange and Return
Policy
- Returns for credit will only be accepted within 5 days of
the customer receiving the product. Returns for exchange will
only be accepted within 5 days of the customer receiving the
product, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
- Some products will be labeled "No Return." These
products can only be returned to the manufacture. P-Link will
not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility
issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products
would be refused to the sender.
- Please contact the manufacturer for all defective issues
beyond 15 days of receiving the product (DOA). We will not accept
defective product replacements if an RMA Number was not issued
within 15 days of customer receiving the product. All products
needing warranty service past our 15-day cutoff will be
serviced by their respective manufacturer. P-Link will do its
best to assist customers in receiving warranty support after
15 days.
- Product returns or replacements will not be accepted without
an RMA Number. Once an RMA Number is obtained, customer is
responsible for shipping the product back in 3 days. Please ship using a
carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.
We recommend UPS or Fedex. P-Link will not be responsible for items
lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the
e-mail that we send you.
- 20% restocking charges
will apply for non-defective product
returns and exchanges. Any product returned for credit which is not
found to be defective will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
A
qualified P-Link technician will test each returned product
for defect.
- Restocking charges will be applied to incomplete returns and
exchanges.
Returned products must include all accessories. Please make
sure that all manuals, cables, screws, and other accessories
are included in the original packaging. Products returned
incomplete with be assessed a 25% or more restocking fee.
- Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return
packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without
replacement at the customer's expense.
- Returned products must be shipped out within 3 days from the
issuance of the RMA Number.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer need to pay for the shipping cost for exchange
and return items.
- On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for
items shipped to us in error.
- All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be
made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability
shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its
replacement.
- If any malfunction of products should occur while used in
its recommended environment, P-Link, at our option, will
repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the
product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused,
neglected, replaced, repaired or modified. P-Link shall make
the final determination as to the existence and cause of any
defect.
P-Link WILL NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE
FACE OF THE INVOICE AS HAVING A LIMITED LIFETIME WHICH FAIL
SOLELY BECAUSE THEIR ESTIMATED LIFE HAS EXPIRED, NO WARRANTY
IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO CUSTOM PRODUCTS PRODUCED TO ORIGINAL
PURCHASER SPECIFICATIONS EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN
WRITING BY P-Link. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL P-Link BE
LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO ANY PURCHASER FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST REVENUE, LOST WAGES, OR ANY OTHER
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. P-Link reserves the right to
make modifications in both hardware and software without prior
notification.
- The RETURN POLICY FOR O.E.M. products WILL DIFFER DEPENDING
ON MANUFACTURER AND/OR THE TIME OF PURCHASE. MOST OF OUR O.E.M.
PRODUCTS CARRY A 30 DAYS WARRANTY. PLEASE CONSULT PRODUCT
MANUFACTURE FOR DETAILED WARRANTY INFORMATION.
- P-Link IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGES THAT MAY
OR MAY NOT CAUSED BY THE PRODUCTS THAT WE SELL. PLEASE CONTACT
MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY FOR COMPENSATION IF THIS PROBLEM DOES
OCCUR.
