The Active

Dual Fan
With its dual fan features located at the front and back of
the power supply the rear fan intakes the heat that is
produced inside the server or system and pushes it through the
front fan which is positioned towards the exit points of the
server/system which keeps the motherboard and hard drives
cool. The design allows the power supply to be able to take
100% of the heat that is generated by the interior system and
pushes it out of the server/system, while some other PSU fans
work differently this dual fan design is targeted to maintain
a reliable source of power and keeping the system cooled.
Some may second guess this dual fan feature because it will
increase noise volumes but with its thermal fan speed
controller it will detect the amount of heat generated by the
server/system and spin accordingly.
Smart Auto Fan Speed Controller
PL-600U38 thermal fan speed controller will detect the
amount of heat generated by the server/system and spin
accordingly. Using this controller to detect the heat levels
of the PSU it will adjust the fan speed to maintain an optimum
temperature, with this feature built in, worrying about the
heat level of a PSU becomes almost non-existent.
